Why a monthly service?
A tracker is only as good as the platform behind it. The monthly fee covers the SIM and data, the tracking servers, support, and replacement if something goes wrong. You don’t buy SIMs, set up apps or troubleshoot. We do.

Coverage
The tracker uses cellular network coverage. Before you order, we check coverage where you live and where your dog roams, so you know what to expect. If there’s no signal, the app shows the last known position.
Tracker and microchip: use both
A microchip identifies your dog when someone finds them. A tracker finds them before anyone has to. Register your dog’s microchip on our Microchip & Lost Pet Registry and add a tracker for the best chance of a happy ending.
